Have you ever had issues in the past where you couldn't rely on someone when you needed them?
I'm a strong believer that honest communications from both parties is very important before and during the boarding stay with us. I will keep everyone up to date during their reservation. If I ever have any questions or concerns I will always reach out to the owners or their emergency contact list that they provided me with.
I require proof of all vaccince records including fecal & heartworm teating yearly. As well as being current on flea & heartworm prevention monthly ALL year long.
I also make sure that it's a good fit for both parties to ensure each pet meets all of my requirements before I say yes to any reservations. My requirements are stated in my contract.
I'm pretty flexible & very understanding as long as their is good communications going on from both parties. I can also do special accommodations as well if spoken about it in advance.
